Solomon, is a 8 yr old boy who lived with his paternal grandmother in Mpigi town. His father was along route driver who had separated with his mother and abandoned them at Buloba where they lived before he was taken to Mpigi. At Mpigi, Solomon had a very good relationship with his grandmother unlike his step-grandfather who used to stay with him all day long when his grand mother had gone to work at his restaurant. Solomon's step grand father had tendencies of abusing him physically and emotionally something that forced him to run away from home in search of his mother who stayed in Buloba hence ending up at police as a missing child and referred to SAFE Transit Children's Home.

After 7 months of accessements, investigations and family engagements. Safe Transit Children's Home finally managed to grant Solomon his hearts desire by reintegrating him with his mother and siblings in Buloba.
